dc.description.abstract In the past Indonesia also inspire the world to fight for independence through the Asia-Africa Conference held in Bandung in 1955 which resulted in the Ten Principles of Bandung and incorporate the principles of the UN charter. Indeed glory Indonesian state will recur with momentum starting now with small steps that are consistent with the potential of bringing together generations ahead in the future, brilliant generation, and a generation that believes an expectation of pride in his country. Indonesia should rearrange future by mapping existing resources, including the succession of the nation realizes that spread around the world who have not been exposed to the surface, the potential of the Indonesian diaspora as a link to open a range of opportunities to support development in all areas in Indonesia that need to be optimized in the days of globalization and the advancement of information and technology. Indonesian diaspora not only the deployment of Indonesian origin individuals in foreign countries, but more than that, the people of Indonesia who live abroad also become the ambassador of Indonesia in the country they live. The role of diaspora affect not only in economic but also in human, social and also cultural capital. This research is significant to analyze and inform with real example that happen caused by Indonesian diaspora in Australia in order to prove the potential and roles of Indonesian diaspora as agent of development to Indonesia. en_US
