dc.description.abstract Film is an effective visual medium for providing inspirational message, entertaining viewers, and triggering their emotions. In general, the Producer is responsible for coordinating the entire film production process, including planning and scheduling, budgeting and recruiting, innovative problem-solving and oversight, and, as importantly, film marketing and distribution. However, there are other concerns that producers rarely deal with, such as how to manage a productive and healthy work environment, maintain the crew's health and safety, and ensure healthy and nonexcessive working hours. As a result, producers develop strategies for creating a healthy, safe, and comfortable work environment. The producer makes an agreement with all the crew and talent regarding the shooting schedule or treatment that will be given during filming. This thesis aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing a Healthy Working Environment on worker productivity in the film "Life in a Fishbowl". en_US
