| dc.description.abstract | The documentary film “Effective Budget Use in Documentary Film Production Management “Sanggar Anak Kita Bantar Gebang”, to Optimize the Management of Production Budget Use," examines the strategic application of effective budgeting principles within the constraints of limited financial resources in documentary film production. Adopting a production management framework, the research explores how targeted budgetary strategies—such as systematic planning, comparative cost analysis, and leveraging local human capital—can drive cost efficiency while maintaining production quality. The findings illustrate that effective budget management not only enhances financial oversight but also optimizes production outcomes, positioning the documentary "Sanggar Anak Kita Bantar Gebang" as a model for achieving high-quality outputs on a constrained budget. The insights gained from this research aim to inform best practices in documentary film production and contribute to broader discussions on the role of non-formal education in empowering marginalized communities. | en_US |
