dc.description.abstract Child marriage is still very common in Indonesia due to factors such as traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation, education, economy and others. UNICEF is an international organization working in the humanitarian field, especially for children. This study’s goal was to learn more about UNICEF’s efforts to prevent child marriage in Indonesia as well as the preventative initiatives run jointly by The Indonesian government and UNICEF. It also intends to look at UNICEF’s cooperation with The Indonesian government, analyze UNICEF’s participation in child marriage in Indonesia, and also look at the chances and difficulties that UNICEF has faced. Due to the Indonesian high rate of child marriage worldwide, Indonesian government is collaborating with UNICEF to address child marriage situations. This study also intends to identify UNICEF’s role to prevent child marriage issues in Indonesia during the Covid- 19 pandemic. en_US
