dc.description.abstract The use of technology has currently become one of the goals for many people, therefore many things have been produced on a technology base to make it simpler for users to follow advances and efficiency. This time, in conjunction with the final project, I created a scheduling app for the job desk talent management because we know they must handle multiple talents on the same day rather than having everyone take written notes. By leveraging modern technology, this website may help them manage their talent more easily. Hence there is no need for a written note and it is simpler to check everything at once. The benefit of the planned work is that it will allow them to arrange appointments more easily and adjust talent to the most recent upcoming events, making it simpler for agencies to organize and schedule their talent. This can make it simpler to create timetables without having to go through each piece of paper one at a time, in addition to allowing you to take advantage of contemporary technologies. In order to manage talent schedules in the media industry based on how they manage their talent on a daily basis, I set out to identify any approaches that are presently being used in related industries. I carried through the ideas and added my own points of view to come up with suggestions on how this could be done on a more general level based on this information and specifics on the business and agency management system. This management system component has involved several developments in setting up planners and scheduling in order to acquire a grasp of the issues related to making a schedule affecting the time effectiveness of workers. en_US
