dc.description.abstract The rapid acceleration of technological advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) has left the general public bewildered and concerned about the swift pace of developments. This has created a pressing need for individuals to quickly adapt as traditional work and daily activities undergo profound transformation. The increasing integration of AI technologies into the workforce necessitates upskilling and a nuanced understanding to ensure harmonious coexistence between human capabilities and AI. The core problem involves developing AI systems that foster meaningful and emotionally connected relationships with individuals, especially in addressing personal matters and the complexities of human-AI interaction. This research aims to devise strategies to enhance human-AI interaction, creating a seamless and relatable experience. It includes defining ethical boundaries to ensure responsible AI behavior, mitigating potential ethical concerns, and maintaining transparency in AI interactions. Incorporating emotional intelligence into AI systems is crucial for understanding and appropriately responding to human emotions. From a customer perspective, users seek AI that is effortlessly accessible, inherently dependable, and seamlessly attuned to their needs and preferences. The ideal AI should offer a user-friendly interface that simplifies interactions and robust reliability that instills confidence. Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate a sense of connection and understanding between individuals and human-like AI in the workplace. This research outlines the development of reliable AI, human-like interaction design, and seamless AI integration into the workforce, aiming to create a trusted partnership and foster meaningful connections. en_US
