dc.description.abstract With the advancement of technology era, many of companies require a management system that is safe and secure that could protect internal files and offers great user experience. Frequently, sensitive and crucial company files can be manipulated and modified by unauthorized user, either from outside of the company or the internal of the company itself. Continuing this issue, this study aims to develop a web-based document management system that is secure and reliable. This system performs sending, receiving, and uploading file that is integrated with SHA-256 hashing to verify the integrity of the document along with JSON Web Token (JWT) as the secure authentication for the user. As a result, the system works based on the plan on this project, which prioritizing data integrity, access control, and user efficiency to solve this file handling in modern organizational environment. en_US
