Abstract:
Business is one of the core business fields that many people take as their main
profession. In addition, there are many sectors that are the scope of business such
as, FnB, Transportation, Products, Services etc. The business that everyone needs
is FnB but there are so many things that must be considered by business people to
start a FnB business. Many parties are involved, cost calculations, trackers for
employee performance and many more, everything needs to be considered to
maximize a business so it is quite difficult to be able to start a business.
The problem that often occurs in the world of FnB is that we have difficulty
monitoring and tracking the performance of our employees because there is no
system that becomes a benchmark. What to do, how to do it, the target given, the
standard of success and the award that will be given. As a result, the results are not
in accordance with the specified target and a lot of work is not going well and causes
losses.
With this system as a business actor can determine work and also monitor employee
work based on time, quality, and creativity which can then produce a performance
evaluation in 1 month and can be recapped into a dashboard. Business can be more
easily monitored and in accordance with standards.
