Abstract:
PT. Darpa Ashiya Manunggal is a company which the business activity is
providing employee shuttle services for its client. However, the company is currently
heavily rely on manual processes in request scheduling, optimize routing, estimating cost,
payroll, financial report, and approval. These manual processes introduce a variety of
inefficiencies such as time-consuming coordination, incorrect routing, ease of
counterfeiting driver work logs, invoicing, payroll processing, and generating accurate
financial reports. In response to these challenges, this study aims to develop an integrated
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for PT Darpa Ashiya Manunggal to
automate and optimize the company's business processes, improve operational efficiency,
and support better decision-making.
The method followed is qualitative study by interviewing the manager of PT
Darpa Ashiya Manunggal to gather the data of current business process which then
transformed into the design of improved business process aligning with the company's
business requirements analysis. Then, the project will proceed through phases of design,
development, testing, and implementation. The approach of Agile Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology will be employed to manage these phases for flexible
and iterative process.
The result of this project has showed that the developed ERP system can improve
the operational efficiency, reduce human errors, and increasing accuracy. Overall, the
ERP system provides a technology foundation for PT. Darpa Ashiya Manunggal to
improve process management, facilitate sustainable growth, and enhance quality and
reliability of its employee transport services.
