Abstract:
ALICHWANVERSE is a Virtual Reality (VR)-based platform that offers a 360-degree virtual
school tour experience for YPI Al-Ichwan, ranging from Playgroup to Senior High School.
Prospective students and parents can explore the school's facilities through an immersive
virtual environment, powered by AI-based virtual assistants to provide information instantly.
This objective is create a platform place where prospective students and their parents can find
out complete school information through an online website and they do not need to go to the
school directly, so they can simply do a virtual tour activity together from anywhere anytime
around the school building using their respective laptops, 360 degree website and getting
instant answers to their questions through the CHATBOT (AI) Virtual Assistant. This methods
is using quantitative method for research approach that uses numerical data (numbers) and
statistical analysis. For the summary throughout the development process, the project adhered
to a structured timeline, encompassing phases such as requirement gathering, design, content
collection, back-end and front-end development, AI chatbot integration, VR environment
integration, testing, beta testing, marketing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring. This
systematic approach ensured the platform's functionality, user-friendliness, and alignment with
the school's objectives. In conclusion, the ALICHWANVERSE Virtual Reality Tour project
has effectively utilized advanced technologies to enhance the school's outreach efforts,
