dc.description.abstract The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is a governmental organization established on April 1, 1991 as international cooperation of South Korea. International cooperation refers to the cooperations between countries to achieve shared goals, address common challenges, and promote mutual benefits through cooperation between countries. This concept is particularly significant in the context of resource information, expertise, and technologies to foster sustainable growth in partner nations. KOICA, as South Korea's leading development aid agency, plays a critical role in these international cooperation efforts by implementing various programs. The purpose of this study is to explain the specific programs and projects undertaken by KOICA in Indonesia, their objectives, and the outcomes achieved. It delves into sectors such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and technology, highlighting how these initiatives contribute to Indonesia's development and the enhancement of bilateral relations. This topic, analyzed with Bilateral cooperations Theory which emphasizes the exchange informations, experience, and practice in international relations, provides a framework for understanding how importance of mutual engagement between two countries to achieve shared goals through the exchange of information, experience, and practice within the contexts of both South Korea and Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach through data analysis techniques and uses previous studies literature related to the topics. en_US
