dc.description.abstract Filmmaking needs a collaboration that require a coordination and teamwork between diverse team within creative and technical aspects. In the Tunduk short film production, the role of producer is focused more into facilitate smooth interactions between the director, staff, and cast, while also handling disagreements and resolving production-related issues. The study emphasizes the value of communication throughout the whole filmmaking process, from pre-production and development to post- production, highlighting how good communication can minimize conflict, expedite procedures, and deliver positive outcomes. This thesis provides producers useful advice and suggestions on how to use effective communication methods to reach an effective teamwork in the filmmaking process. en_US
