Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, work environment and work motivation at the company PT Jababeka Infrastruktur (Water Treatment Plant) Cikarang
Design, methodology, and approach: This research uses quantitative methods. Non-probability sampling methods, mainly convenience sampling and snowball sampling, were used in this study. Overall, the study collected 276 valid responses. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to test hypotheses and carry out analysis so that the research objectives are achieved.
Findings: Based on this research, it shows that leadership, work discipline, work environment, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance.
Originality/value: The originality of this research is that it is the first research that integrates the performance of PT Jababeka Infrastruktur (Water Treatment Plant) Cikarang employees. |
