dc.description.abstract In today's rapidly evolving and competitive business environment, an organization cannot be resistant to change, and the Marketing Department of President Senior High School must actively maintain employee engagement to support every change initiative. However, achieving high levels of employee engagement during change remains a challenge for many organizations. Although it is acknowledged that employee engagement is crucial for change initiatives, many organizations find it difficult to keep employees engaged throughout the process, which can result in higher resistance, lower productivity, and less-than-ideal results. By that, the objective of this research is to understand what factors can help to increase the employee engagement especially when it comes to change initiatives. This research utilizes qualitative methods by collecting, interpreting, and analyzing non-numerical data. The results of this research identified five key factors that enhance employee engagement during organizational change: adaptive leadership support and clear direction, transparent communication about change initiatives, structured professional development opportunities, clear role alignment with employee skills and interests, and inclusive decision-making processes that value employee input. These findings provide a framework for maintaining and improving employee engagement during periods of organizational transformation within educational marketing departments. en_US
