dc.description.abstract Turnover Intention is one of the main issues that continues to be considered by academics and business practitioners, especially in facing challenges in the increasingly dynamic world of work. If not handled properly, turnover intention can have a negative impact on the company, including increasing resignation rates that lead to operational losses. In Jakarta, especially among generation Z, the level of turnover intention can be influenced by various factors related to working conditions and Career Growth. Based on data obtained in 2023, there is a tendency for an increase in turnover intention among generation Z employees in Jakarta. Several factors that have the potential to influence turnover intention include compensation, Career Growth, work-life balance, work environment, and flexibility. Therefore, these factors will be explored in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 110 respondents from generation Z in Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods in SPSS software. The independent variables in this study consist of Compensation (X1), Career Growth (X2), Work-Life Balance (X3), Work Environment (X4), and Flexibility (X5). The results of statistical tests show that all independent variables have a significant effect on turnover intention. This study provides an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence turnover intention among generation Z, especially in Jakarta. The results of this study can be used by companies to design more effective strategies in reducing turnover intention and increasing employee satisfaction. These findings can also enrich the literature in the field of human resources and provide practical guidance for companies in maintaining employee retention in the future. en_US
