Satu Ekspor Indonesia known as 1Export Indonesia is the 3rd office that entered the Indonesian market in 2021 under the authority of

Multinational Company called 1Export. 1Export is start-up pitch that provide one- stop platform for cross-border trade and fulfilment services. During the internship

period, the researcher experienced how the leaders has been greatly impacted company growth as start-up company. The research explores how transformational leaders inspire, guide, and motivate their employees to achieve higher performance levels that will have a great impact to the company’s growth. The research methods implement descriptive qualitative research that is objectively examined from the literature reviews, observations, and interviews conducted at 1Export Indonesia Start-up by leveraging design thinking approach to address company’s growth. The subjects for this research were determined using purposive sampling and the informants determined in this research through in-depth interviews with employees across multiple departments at 1Export Indonesia. The research shows positive results that transformational has become an important instrumental in terms of creating a productive and innovative work environment which has become a legit foundation for the company’s growth. Thus, these findings offer valuable insights for start-up companies to build sustainable development in competitive environments.
