The purpose of this research is to identify whether there is a correlation
between three independent variables (Location, Product Quality and Procedure)
toward one dependent variable (Consumer Loyalty). This research analysis “the
significant of location, product quality and procedure of chain retailer towards
consumer loyalty of 7-Eleven in South of Jakarta”. The Pre-test is from 30
respondents who consumed the 7-Eleven in South of Jakarta. After the pretest is
Reliable and Valid proceed to separate the questionnaire. A survey was conducted on,
100 respondents ever consumed the 7-Eleven in South of Jakarta. There are three
independent variables which are location, product quality, procedure, and dependent
variable which is consumer loyalty. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression with least squares equation and test hypothesis using t-statistic for testing
the partial regression coefficients and F-statistic to test the effect together with a
significance level of 5%. It also tested the classicial assumptions that included tests of
normality, multicollinearity test, test of heterocedasticity and autocorrelation test.
This shows the available data has been qualified using multiple linear regession
equation model. The Result indicate that location (X1) has no significant influence
toward consumer loyalty for 7-Eleven in South of Jakarta. The variables product
quality (X2) and procedure (X3) significantly positive influence to the consumer
loyalty of 7-Eleven in South of Jakarta. Predictive ability of three variables toward
consumer loyalty for 7-Eleven in South of Jakarta in this study of 34.6% while the
remaining is 65.4% be affected by other factors not include in the research model |
