Abstract:
Indonesia has a growing market in Fast food industry, with a rising customer behavior that aware of their health awareness, “Sushi Me” solved unhealthy fast food in Indonesia and limited boring repetitive fast food with innovative way of serving food. In other way “Sushi Me” were very easy to grab and easy to eat. All foods can be cooked for healthy purposes suitable for every one of you.
“Sushi me” has retail restaurant/booth that sells you a customized sushi rolls. We have a motto that says “Created by you for you”. Our company’s business model came from booth sales, Franchises business from the booth and “Sushi me and you”, a full fast food sushi restaurant.
“Sushi me” are located for the first branch in mall kelapa gading, Since North Jakarta has a market of thousands of people coming across in Mall kelapa gading every day, since incepted there are around 40,000 of targeted market across in Kelapa gading alone. We marketed using viral and health awareness program as our message, however we mentioning insecurities as way to promote it.
With an Average Price of meal is Rp.33,000, Sushi me had a good position related of pricing compared to other competitors in mall kelapa Gading. Along with great innovative marketing strategies that using socio-marketing and viral method, “Sushi Me” has accomplished a great result in sales and bring impact to competitive market.
With initial investment of Rp.1,000,000,000, we spent our CAPEX and OPEX in first quarter for research and development and start selling at the beginning of second quarter, another investment are gained by the end of first ,second, fourth and fifth year. We have projected a projected revenue of Rp 3,732,067,500 at the end of the first year, Rp 24,060,110,558 by the end of second year ,Rp 159,088,357,518 by the end of third year, Rp 330,561,482,969 by the end of fourth year ,Rp 734,368,192,517 By the end of fifth year. We also have a second branch at the end of year one and following fifth branches by the end of first quarter of year two and 80 reached in the fifth year.
