dc.description.abstract This paper aims to make the company aware about what dimensions of Supply Chain Process (transportation, supplier and Information sharing) affect the product quality performance. Therefore, company can decide in what segment the value chain must be invested in order to maximum the return and optimize the production. This research be analyzed by a case of PT Vivo Indonesia under theory of supply chain management process three items were transportation (X1), supplier (X2) and information sharing (X3) as variables toward quality performance (Y). Finally, a sample size of 72 respondents who works in the PT Vivo Indonesia Tanggerang assembly line. Multiple regression Anova F-test result, and Coefficient of determination as statistical approach. From the result, supplier (X2) and information Sharing (X3) which were found have partial significance towards quality performance (Y) in this case. Research also found that transportation, supplier and information sharing have simultaneously significant influence towards quality performance(Y). en_US
