PT. Since its establishment, the company shows the development is viewed from the size of the company that continues to grow, with an initial investment of USD 5 million to $ 24 million at this time and seen also from the growing number of workers who numbered 130 in 1996 to 370 people at this time. Shareholders of the company has decided to do a better development of the company for a period of ten years.
In addition to venture capital investment and technology, reliability is a factor in the company workforce is quite important for the company's progress, considering the company is not the kind of company that produces bulk products with automatic machines.
The productivity of each employee will contribute directly to the effectiveness and efficiency of business. For that every employee is required to meet the competency work on any function that has been established and has a consistent performance. Besides, it is no less important factor is the element of good internal communication between superiors and subordinates have entwined with the best, especially from the manager to his subordinates where the latter have an impact on employee performance, so as to support the company's goals. Therefore, selection of methods and media appropriate communication becomes a major factor in the creation of good communication between managers in the division of Administration with the staff.
This research is a case study (case study) using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are used is by interview, observation and provide questionnaire (questionnaire) which contains several written questions to be filled directly by the employee on administrative divisions, amounting to 31 people. This questionnaire aims to obtain accurate data and information regarding the communication link that exists between superiors and subordinates in the Administration division.
The final results of this study is that internal communication that occurs in the administrative division has existed quite well, especially between superiors and subordinates so that the effect on performance (achievement of) employees. |
