dc.description.abstract This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of financial division PT.Graha Buana Cikarang. Population in this research is all employees at finance division of PT. Graha Buana Cikarang which requires 80 people. The sample used is all employees who need 80 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analytical methods used by the author. Based on the test. Significant influence on employee performance. Based on the Adjusted (Adjusted R square) score of 0.269 or (26.9%), this indicates the motivation variable that accurately gives effect to the employee performance of 26.9%. While the rest of 73.1% influenced by variables that are not in carefully. From these results can be concluded that the high work motivation will improve employee performance on the finance division of PT. Graha Buana Cikarang. en_US
