The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of employee engagement (X1), reward and punishment (X2), job rotation (X3), career development (X4) towards employee performance of PT XYZ – EDC Division. Associative method is used to find out the influence between two variable or more, researcher used quantitative method with total sample are 70 people. Analysis of the data used multiple linier regression. The result of the study showed that: Employee Engagement was the influence significant towards employee performance with a significance level 0.000 (<0.1), reward and punishment was the influence significant towards employee performance with a significance level 0.016 (<0.1), job rotation was the influence significant towards employee performance with a significance level 0.039 (<0.1), career development has no the influence significant with employee performance with a significance level 0.822 (>0.1). Employee engagement, reward and punishment, job rotation, and career development was the influence simultaneously the employee performance with a significance level 0.000 (<0.1) and adjusted R2 square 38,8%. |
