Abstract:
Every organization needs the right resources to achieve their strategic objectives. Many approaches have been done to maximize their potential, from recruiting the right talents, preparing a prospective career path in the company, offering competitive rewards, etc. Problems to be discussed are the employee retention of PT. Tirta Investama, in which it shows the declining in numbers of employees every year. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of working environment, rewards, and career development towards employee retention at PT. Tirta Investama. This research used the quantitative approach with a survey method that uses stratified random sampling technique towards PT. Tirta Investama employees. Data is utilized with SPSS 22 to test the relationship between variables, in data analysis, the techniques used were multiple linear regression coefficients and F-testing to test the simultaneous influence with significant of 5% (α = 0.05). The result of this research shows working environment has no partial influence at PT. Tirta Investama by .890, while rewards indeed have a significant influence by .000 in which is lower than α (0.05). Last but not least, career development also resulted a significant influence by .035, lower than α (0.05), and the F value of 13.314. The end result shows that Working Environment, Rewards, and Career Development simultaneously influence Employee Retention at PT. Tirta Investama.
