Abstract:
This research is encouraged by CSR which become global issue and implemented by many corporations. Desa Mekarmukti is one of the areas located near Jababeka Industrial Park where several CSR programs were conducted. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influences of CSR Program‟s Implementation (X1) towards Income (Y1), Consumption (Y2), Health (Y3) and Education (Y4). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 50 people of Desa Mekarmukti community using simple random sampling. The data is analyzed using simple linear regression. Results of the analysis found CSR program‟s implementation has significant influence towards all of the well-being factors which is income, consumption, health and education.
