dc.description.abstract This research is about the influence of working environment, motivation, and workload towards employee performance in PT. XYZ. The dependent variable of this research is employee performance. Population of this research comes from 150 employees, while the sample taken from 110 employees. Questionnaire consist of 33 questions and using Likert scale as a tool to measure the degree of agreement. Test that include in this research are reliability, validity, classical assumption, and multiple linear regression. Research concludes that working environment, motivation, and workload influence on employee performance. Motivation and workload has the highest influence on the employee performance. There are simultaneous influence between all independent variable on dependent variable. Coefficient Determination shows that 35.2% of employee performance can be explained by independent variable in this research. en_US
