Abstract:
This research is about the impact of job description, satisfaction, and motivation of employees in PT Unilever Indonesia Skin Factory, Cikarang. Job description is a broad, general, and written statement of a pesific job, based on the findings of a job analysis. It generally includes duties, purpose, responsibilities, scope, and working conditions of a job along with the job‟s title, and the name or designation of the person to whom employee reports.
Job description has to socialize well in the company to make effectiveness for the employees and it needs good communication among superiors and subordinates. Job Satisfaction is a contentment (or lack of it) arising out of interplay of employee‟s positive and negative feelings toward his or her work. Job Performance is the work related activities expected of an employee and how well those activities were executed. Many business personnel directors assess the job performance of each employee on an annual quarterly basis in order to help them identify suggested areas for improvement.
In this research the researcher analyzes the satisfaction of employees, too. It is going to be known by having perception from the employees. Motivation is also one of factors that influence the employee performance. Motivation is either from the employee itself or from the company which motivates the employees.
This research is conducted in PT. Unilever Indonesia Skin Factory, Tbk. The scope is the employees who work in the factory where producing PT. Unilever Indonesia Skin Factor. PT. Unilever Indonesia Skin Factory has 700 employees who work in the factory. This is research is aimed to get the perceptions of employee performance and looking for its relation with socialization of job description, employee satisfaction, and employee performance.
From analyze of data collected through questionnaire, the researcher found that there is one of variable which impact to the employee performance.
