Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to analyze of work environment, leadership, welfare and salary‘s influence to Chinese employees‘ motivation of working in Indonesia with a case study of PT.NEPC. Since there are a growing number of Chinese company investments in Indonesia, the employees from China to Indonesia are rapidly increasing. Because the different culture,high work pressure, heavy workload and far away from home, sometimes these Chinese employees motivation is not high. So keep and improve these employees motivation highly is necessary for the company‘s develop.
In this research, the researcher use four independent variables (work environment, leadership, welfare and salary) and one dependent variable (employees‘ motivation). The researcher was designed using quantitative research, which involves analysis of numerical data. The respondent of this research‘s questionnaire is Chinese employees in Adipala site of PT.NEPC in Indonesia.
The researcher use Multiple Regression and Hypothesis (F-test and t-test) to analyze these independent variables‘ (work environment, leadership, welfare and salary) influence towards dependent variable (employees‘ motivation). And get result through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 16.0) and primary data.
After research and analysis the researcher gets the result that only leadership and salary has significant influence towards employees‘ work motivation from the four independent variables (work environment, leadership, welfare and salary) in this research
