Abstract:
Job satisfaction is the collection of feeling and beliefs that people have about their current job. This research aim to find the dominant factors influence the job satisfaction at PT. Huawei Tech Investment. Study on the topic of job satisfaction may gain a depth understanding about the knowledge of organizational behavior.
In this research, the questionnaire designed base on Likert Scale, and researcher applied the quantitative method to analyze the data, and exploratory factor analysis method with the Validity test, Reliability test since the factor analysis has been processed.
Researcher obtain the result as five dominant factor may influence the job satisfaction toward the job condition which are the "Promotion", "Self-esteem", "Job Environment", "Pay Raise", and "Communication"
