Abstract:
The main objective of this study is to find the dominant factors that influence
China s tire export to Indonesia , to find out how they think about the China’s tire export to Indonesia For this study, the researcher uses quantitative
method with Factor Analysis to find out the dominated factors from the six listed factors. The researcher would like to make use of questionnaire to collect the information from Chinese Company. And then, the researcher takes the advantage of Factor Analys is result to analysis the data.
Through this study, the researcher had find out the factors are the most influenced variables are the five factors, which are Government Support, Cultural Diversity, Floating Exchange Rate, Resource Management, and Risk Management. After all, based on the previous research and this research, the researcher knew Government Support variable which illuminates that this factor is the most dominate factor which can influence China's tire export activities to Indonesia.
The researcher would like to give some suggestions; firstly, Shandong O green
Group should focus on the government support. Second the company should
better understand the cultural diversity among the two countries.
