Abstract:
This research is to determine the influence of career development, performance
appraisal and compensation toward employee turnover in PT. XYZ. Data were
collected by structured questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents. In this research,
the researcher used quantitative approach.. Hypotheses test which included T-test
(partial test) and F-test (simultaneously test) were employed to analyze the data.
Based on the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that from the 4 hypothesis, all
of them significantly influence employee turnover except for performance appraisal
which has no significant influence. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.344,
meaning the 3 independent variables gives 34% of influence on employee turnover.
