Abstract:
The effectiveness and efficiency of organization system and its administration is now being prioritized by most of companies, especially PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN). Human Resource Portal (HR Portal) is one of many ways to increase the productivity of the employee in terms of its administration but due to its implementation the problems and instability occur. The different percentage of HR Portal usage between PT TMMIN Plant Sunter - Karawang 3 is higher compare to PT TMMIN Plant 1 - 2 Karawang. By this phenomenon, the researcher found there are four main problems that were summarized according to all problems occur, which are the user knowledge, organization structure, and system toward Human Resource Portal. Based on the investigation, further research is needed to record the progress of HR Portal in PT TMMIN Plant 1 and Plant 2 Karawang and to analyze of which main problem that occur. This research will use the quantitative method and the collection of data progress must complete and represent the actual condition of the working field. The result shows that there are 3 new factors formed from 3 variables which are Ussy, Seroman, and Serys. Among those 3 new factors, Ussy is the most dominant with the 15.049% of variance. These 3 new factors are the result of the reduction of Human Resource Portal difficulties.
