dc.description.abstract The objective of this study is to identify the influence of need assessment, development of training program, and evaluation toward employee performance at Bank Indonesia branch Solo partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted in Bank Indonesia Branch Solo, Central Java. Managing human resource is a critical element in maintaining an effective and credible central bank. Bank Indonesia Branch Solo implementing training program by developing and evaluating training program without conduct need assessment. In 2012, Bank Indonesia Branch Solo start to implement need assessment, and the writer want to seek the influence of need assessment, development of training, and evaluation towards employee performance at Bank Indonesia Branch Solo. The author uses this as the problem identification. In this research the author used primary data and questionnaire as its instrument. Multiple regressions used as its method. The f-test was used to find out the simultaneously influence from independent variables to the dependent variable and the t-test was used to find the partially influence from independent variables to dependent variable. The author used SPSS version 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2007 to process the data. Respondents for this research were the employee of Bank Indonesia Branch Solo. There were 30 respondents who participated in pre-test questionnaire and 65 respondents who participated to fill in the final questionnaire. Based on the findings, the value of coefficient determination (R2) is 0.443. It means 44.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the variation of three factors. The significant value for f-test is 0.00 which is below the significant level of 0.05, and it shows that the independent variables give simultaneously influence to the dependent variable. The result of T-test shows that all of three factors give partially influences to the employee performance. en_US
