Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study employee’s knowledge, skills and attitudes toward employee performance at Yuanfeng Electronic Technology Co., LTD. Quantitative methods were used to investigate and analyze the data. The data were obtained through accurate information. The results of this study show that employees' knowledge, skills and attitudes have a significant influence on employee performance. This research find out that 67.4% of employee performance is influenced by employee knowledge skill and attitude, the remaining 32.6% is the employee's performance is influenced by other factors, such as the employee's personality and interests, the fairness of the company, the system and system of the company, whether the employee training is conducted, etc.
