Abstract:
Research on the Factors Affecting the Income of Commercial Banks in China . In
recent years, the income of China's commercial banks has shown an upward trend.
Therefore, study the factors that influence the income of Chinese commercial
banks. The researchers used quantitative methods and secondary data to complete
the study. There are four independent variables in this study (total assets,
liabilities, operating expenses, operating income) and a dependent variable (China
Merchants Bank's income). Based on multivariate regression and assumptions, the
analysis study analyzes the impact of independent variables (total assets, liabilities,
operating expenses, operating income) on the dependent variable (China
Merchants Bank's income) through SPSS 22.0. From the analysis results, the
researchers found that the total assets and liabilities have no significant impact on
the income of Chinese commercial banks. Operating expenses and operating
income have a significant impact on China's commercial banks. The researchers
believe that this is the first study to study the impact of China's independent
variables (total assets, liabilities, operating expenses, operating income) on the
dependent variable (China Merchants Bank's income). The results of the study
indicate that commercial banks in China can increase the total income of
commercial banks by increasing operating expenses and operating income.
