Abstract:
This study aims to see how far the influence of Leadership Style (X1), Work Environment (X2), Discipline (Y) on Employee Performance (Z) and to know and analyze the variables that most influence employee performance. This research was conducted at PT ADMF cikarang branch, with a sample of 49 employees by purposive sampling. Data analysis used is descriptive to explain research data and description of research, while to analyze quantitative data using path analysis or part analysis. The results of the research conducted show that from the results of path analysis it appears that the direct path between Leadership Style (X1) on Employee Performance (Z) is declared influential. The leadership style (X1) through Discipline (Y) on Employee Kinship (Z) has a Standardized coefficients Beta value of 0.688> 0.294, this can be declared influential between Leadership Style (X1) through Discipline (Y) on Employee Performance (Z) because of the Standardized value Beta coefficients are greater than the value of the Standardized coefficients Beta direct path. While the direct path of work environment (X2) on employee performance (Z) has a value of Standardized coefficients Beta (-0,029). The Standardized coefficients of the indirect Beta between Work Environment (X2) through Discipline (Y) on Employee Performance (Z) have a Standardized coefficients Beta value of 0.108> (-0.029) greater than the value of the Standardized coefficients Beta directly. This shows that the Work Environment (X2) through Discipline (Y) influences Employee Performance (Z) PT. ADMF cikarang branch.
