dc.description.abstract Ishi Buffet is a business focus on service delivery food that uses online digital technology. We serve the customer from beginning to ending. We also conducting delivery product of our partner’s and also rent the utilities that needed to process the food, so our customer can feel the environment like there are in their favorite restaurant. Cafe and restaurant always have good prospect that is indicated by the number of brands that appear –Eddy susanto. With the fact every year the turnover of restaurant and café increased by 10% every year. Because restaurant business is having a good prospect, so many people that open restaurant business. And give resulted in increasingly business competition. Even though restaurant business has intense competition, so many people still want to open new restaurant. They also compete with a variety of unique ideas from pricing, taste, until the way they serving the product that they offer for their customer. This strategy proven so many restaurants both old and new they can survive. We take example such as Kintan Buffet, Shaburi, Hanamasa, Steak 21, etcetera. In fact, if we want to eat at that restaurant, customer must be willing to queue up. Another problem is they are open in mall, so customer must go to the mall getting traffic jam, hard to find parking, pay parking, gasoline, shopping, etc. Though customer only need to pay Rp 150.000/person. But because the restaurant place in mall customer have to pay more. So, we want to help customer who want to eat in restaurant that are in the mall without having to go to the mall. The main targets of Ishi Buffet are young family. To achieve the company goals, some marketing strategy that will run by Ishi Buffet is adding communication channel and word of mouth. 6 In this moment, the concept we are developing has been tasted in general. Even from January to February we have tested the concept through Whats App chat to 30 women ages 19 to 30 years’ old who live in Bekasi area, and we get 70% (21 people) interested in our product, also we get our first customer. The total capital 169,150,000 million rupiah based on financing calculation. Ishi Buffet will get Rp 179,946,667 in the first year, Rp 234,540,000 Second year and Rp 305,086,667 in the third year. We can see Ishi Buffet have good potential to be develop. en_US
