dc.description.abstract Culinary industry is always going to be a tempting way on starting a business since the demand is literally endless. Nowadays though, culinary industry has evolved to something more than simply fulfilling the hunger. It has become a lifestyle and a source of enjoyment more than just fulfilling the hunger. Some food even turned into an art form such as molecular gastronomy dining. But more than that, food industry is creating a trend that can create a business sensation. We can see many examples such as the buzzing trend of thai food in Indonesia that is happening right now, or the hyping trend of a very spicy food in Indonesia a while back. Saltezze is business aimed to create one of those trends that happening in the culinary industry right now. But the plan is not stopping just there, we also going to combine the trend factor that can help with sales number with the basic needs of human which that is hunger since we provide a food that is worthy to be eaten as a daily meal rather than just a pretty little snack. Both the trend factor and basic human needs of hunger give Saltezze the advantage to cover a bigger area of demand and a guaranteed supply of customer in a relatively long term. For start this company required capital is Rp 335,000,000 raised by bank loan in period of 3 years plus the owner savings. en_US
