dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to examine about job satisfaction at small enterprises in East Jakarta. To sharpen this research, the area for collecting the data was narrowed. Hence, the research could be more focus in one area. Qualitative method was used for this research where interview technique was implemented to get the data needed. Research had respondents about twenty two workers that conducted at small enterprise in East Jakarta. Moreover, the sample divided into two groups. First, twelve workers who worked more than three years, and ten workers who worked less than three years in the current company. For completing the data and also make it balance, researcher did interview to three leader or owner from some companies from small enterprise in East Jakarta. This research showed some important factors that came from the respondent. Some factors that affect worker‟s loyalty at company can be from leadership style, salaries, and ways of communication, bonus, and confession. Workers that already worked for five years usually shown their loyalty because already felt comfort with their job or get the job satisfaction (from leader, salary, environment, bonus and partner). For workers who worked less than three years usually still need to adapt with their new environment, partner, system and also leader. There are some workers problems that leader or owner should face on such as; low level of loyalty, misunderstanding, salary problems, workers knowledge, differential culture and habits and many more. Often some owners cannot give minimum salaries or level salaries that their workers want. To solve that problems, sometimes owners do some another creative ways to make it still balancing. en_US
