Ide Teknik is proposing to operate an electrical engineering company. CV. Ide Teknik start giving service in electrical engineering industry since 2000, when the cofounder still did a freelance job. CV. Ide Teknik will operate in Taman Galaxy, Bekasi. Taman Galaxy is an ideal community for creating new business. CV. Ide Teknik will give service in electrical engineering and selling goods related to electrical engineering. CV. Ide Teknik will serve market west and central part of Indonesia and the store will deliver the product in Jabodetabek regions, another regions may be served upon request of the field workers of CV. Ide Teknik. The main target market will be property builder, retail store, and individual. The overall objective of CV. Ide Teknik's marketing strategy is to make peoples can live comfortably without any worry with their electrical system and sell them the best quality of product. The advertisement will use website marketing, word of mouth, personal selling, and partnership The company will be led by two board members and three field workers. These people already become expert in their field because of long years of experience. To start the company needs a total investment IDR 680.000.000 in the beginning. The company projection in the first year will be IDR 304.525.000 in net income, 36% in ROA and 37% in ROS.
