THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSPORTATION, SUPPLIER, AND INFORMATION SHARING, TOWARD QUALITY PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF PT OPPO INDONESIA)

Abstract

This paper aims to make the company aware about what dimensions of Supply Chain Process (transportation, supplier and Information sharing) affect the product quality performance. Therefore, company can decide in what segment the value chain must be invested in order to maximum the return and optimize the production. This research be analyzed by a case of PT OPPO Indonesia under theory of supply chain management process three variables were transportation,supplier and information sharing as independent variable and quality performance as dependent variable. Multiple regression, Anova, T-test,Ftest ,and Coefficient of determination as statistical approach. From the result, supplier and information Sharing which were found have partial significan influnce towards quality performance. Research also found that transportation, supplier and information sharing have simultaneously significant influence towards quality performance.
