dc.description.abstract Furniture has become a promising business in Indonesia. In fact Indonesian furniture has had its own place internationally (Sukmana, 2014). The target markets of furniture industry include houses, apartments and offices because these scopes generally use furniture the most. Houses can include boarding or rent houses which are usually transformed into business. Boarding house is one of the most interesting businesses in Yogyakarta since Yogyakarta itself is known as “Kota Pendidikan” and in 2015 it was recorded that every day, there were 40 people moving to Yogyakarta (Sabandar, 2015). By 2018 in Yogyakarta area itself, there have been 1,387 boarding houses (Rumah, 2017) registered in Mitula and by 2017, around 2,000 new small houses registered in RumahDijual.com (RumahDijual.com, 2018). At this moment also, there are 8 apartments in Yogyakarta (Daftar Apartemen di Yogyakarta) and it has been predicted that more apartments are going to be built in Yogyakarta (Winarno, 2016). People who are just moving to new places generally will buy new furniture for their new living space but tend to find difficulties finding the fit one because their living space is small. Eenstel, offering the service to customize the size of the furniture, becomes the solution for the issue. Eenstel’s product is designed for small spaces and is considered suitable for small house owners and boarding houses. Unlike other furniture, Eenstel uses 2cm plywood with the goal of endurable furniture. Aside from that, plywood is not easily moldy. The products manufactured are adjusted with the number of carpenters Eenstel employs. In the first year, Eenstel employs 4 carpenters and manufactures 16 units of products per month. In the second year, Eenstel employs 6 more carpenters and the manufacture products per month are 40 units. In the third year, Eenstel employs 6 more carpenters and every month Eenstel is able to produce 64 units. For the profit, in the first year the profit is IDR 295,620,854 or 20% of the total revenue. In the second year, Eenstel manages to gain IDR 1,179,868,574 or 30% of the total revenue. In the third year, Eenstel gets IDR 2,943,029,230 or 44% of the total revenue.
