Ideal body weight is very important for both women and men. The majority of people who want the ideal body weight do not adhere to age or gender. So many people are trying to lose weight by dieting. The diet program that is followed by everyone is different. Some succeed but many also fail. The problem with people with dietary difficulties is that there are many diet programs that advocate reducing food portions or changing foods that need to be eaten into healthy foods. So, people who diet must avoid eating various kinds of food. Diet programs also usually recommend the same exercise for everyone, so people who are unable to do the exercise will find it difficult to follow the existing diet program. Therefore, a Web-based diet application will be provided to help people who want to do a diet program.
The diet program in this application is more focused on losing weight so it will be more focused on the entry of calorie every day. This application provides a diet program based on age and gender, ideal body weight based on the user's height, requests the desired weight goals of the user, requests the number of calories of food eaten, and provides various types of exercise based on the age that the user has inputted. The user can choose a sport that the user is able to do and provided the number of calories the user has burned according to the time of the sport. The accumulated number of calories must be in accordance with the calorie target given so that the user can freely eat anything and exercise whatever the final calories are according to the target.
