Abstract:
Nowadays, online market has become very popular compared to the last decade
[4]. People, who used to go out to buy their desired things, can now order many things
just by tapping their phone and receive them within days. However, people still find it
difficult to get services around their areas that can be hired online. Therefore, a mobile
application to facilitate people find services needed and get in touch with the service
provider should be created. In this research, I would like to develop a mobile application
that not only helps people find the services needed, but also helps people who want to
provide their services by posting it in the application. This application features a
regional search, which can be used to find services from that are located only in that
region. This application will also feature a fee negotiation, which can be used by the
user to get the most acceptable price for that specific services. Furthermore, it also has
a warranty page, which is used for claiming warranty over unsatisfactory services that
had been done. These are some of the important features in this application that need to
be perfected and worked for.
