Abstract:
This study evaluated the implementation of supply chain performance appraisal system of a product on the logistics company the period from May to September. The approach used is a method of SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) to determine which performance indicators will be assessed and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the calculated the weight of each KPI. The performance indicators calculated based on the actual data with rubric assessment. Scoring system will be based on result from calculation between rubric assessment and the actual data of the company to measuring the performance indicator. The measurement result there is three performances that has the below score among the others indicators which are Warehouse Capacity with score 1,43, Delivery Lead Time with score 3,17 and Minimum Weight with score 3,57. Then proposed improvement for the lowest score performance for warehouse capacity is applying first in first out for the product that received in the warehouse. Proposed improvement for the delivery lead time is communicate with vendor for more vehicle. Lastly proposed improvement for the minimum weight is communicate with the customers for the minimum standard weight allowable.
