dc.description.abstract PT. X is a tire company that provides tires for a variety of four-wheeled vehicles including trucks and buses. PT X is the seventh largest tire company in the world from Korea. In Indonesia, the company is located in Cikarang, Bekasi. PT X is a factory that manufactures tires for four-wheeled vehicles. Around 80% -85% of requests at PT X are requested from one of the four-wheel companies in Indonesia. Requests received come from other customers. There is an increase in the automotive sector to meet growing demand by 30% every year. This means that demand will increase and automatically increase the amount of productivity per day. The problem is what is meant by inefficient requests issued by efficient processes. Companies must pay attention to the company's production process flow to achieve the level of productivity of the company's services. The main problem in this case is the carcass process, because the production in this process does not meet customer demand, only 58.3% of the demand can help in this process. There are several factors that affect productivity not achieving targets, including time to consider the balance between workstations and operators who are less responsible for their work. Therefore in this writing the authors use Line Balancing to balance time at each work station so that there is no delay in each process, the authors also use 7 waste, value added and value added to divide the operators based on their tasks so that none of them are unemployed. in this paper can increase productivity by decreasing production time, especially in the cutting area can be implemented. en_US
