Abstract:
Supplier Selection is becoming one of the most important aspect in a Supply Chain Management. It also becomes one of the biggest problems in cargo company in Indonesia. Most of the company doesn’t have system and method in doing the supplier selection process. The problem is that company will be subjective in selecting the best supplier for company. The purpose of this research is to give an objective method to select the best supplier. This research will use Fuzzy AHP to calculate the weight of the criteria and fuzzy VIKOR to calculate the rank of the supplier. The result is one of the alternatives is better than the other alternatives in most of the criteria. The supplier selected also better than the current supplier in all criteria based on the sensitivity analysis process.
