Abstract:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a software package that integrates business process to assist company to improve performance. Analysis of Critical Success Factors (CSF) is important to successfully implement ERP. This study aims to examine the effect of infrastructure, data accuracy, and business plan as a Critical Success Factors (CSF) towards the effectiveness of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation in Indonesian manufacturing company. A quantitative research design was applied for this study. Data was collected through survey questionnaires applied to various sectors of manufacturing company in Indonesia, totaled 20 data. This study uses SmartPLS (v.3.3.2) to test the hypotheses. The results shows that infrastructure, data accuracy and business plan have a positive effect on the effectiveness of ERP implementation. In addition, data accuracy has the most effect compared to the other three CSF towards the effectiveness of ERP implementation. This study shows that Critical Success Factors (CSF) is an important aspect on the effectiveness of ERP implementation and suggests that company to study the CSF to improve their performance.
