Abstract:
With the trend in Indonesian markets, drinks that have various different flavors and various toppings, are the products that are mostly demanded by consumers. Seeing this as an opportunity, we would like to introduce our new brand and product, which is Lulu Tea n’ Milk. We are ready to serve the consumers with the best drink. Lulu Tea n’ Milk has 19 different types of flavors. we also offer various different toppings to be added into your drinks, like boba, cream cheese, bubble pearl and coffee jelly. Our product has a unique thing that other competitors do not, and that is the sugar. We will produce our own homemade sugar.
Lulu Tea n’ Milk alsos offer the consumers with takeaway, dine in or online order. The difference when consumers takeaway or order online and dine in is from the package. When consumers drink Lulu on the spot, we use plastic cup. But when they order online or want to takeaway, we use plastic bottle. Because if we use plastic cup for takeaway orders, drink might spill out.
As for the long-term plan, Lulu Tea n’ Milk is set to open new branches in the third year. During the first year, the goals are to enter the market and sell the brand, as well as the products. If there is a potential possibility, Lulu Tea n’ Milk will then open the second and third branch. Lulu Tea n’ Milk will continue to sell its brand and products not only in local area but also in other cities. When the sales of the products increase rapidly, Lulu Tea n’ Milk will then try to open franchise in metropolitan cities, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Yogyakarta.
As for the first year, we projected to sell approximately 45,000 cups of both hot drink and cold drinks. We would earn around Rp. 605,000,000 worth of sales in the first year. And if we take a look at the date shown (Chapter 4.5 Financial Plan), the number of sales keep on increasing every year. Lulu Tea n’ Milk will reach breakeven point if we sell 24,307 units of cold drink and 6,945 units of hot drinks.
