Abstract:
Productivity is how to produce or improve the results of goods and services as high as possible by utilizing resources efficiently. When working in foreign countries, the employees often encouraged to several berries which have caused unwillingness for living in a foreign country or decline to their motivation and decrease their productivity. In this study, the researcher aims to find out the significant effects of cultural acculturation, stress management, motivation, competence, and cross-cultural acculturation towards productivity of foreign employee. In order to examine whether the significant effects exist, the researcher uses the quantitative study that is done through spreading questionnaires by purposive sampling. The researcher collected the answers from 110 foreign employees who are work in in multi-national company in Jabodetabek. The researcher finds out several effects in the model that are insignificant. The competence and cross cultural communication is insignificant. The motivation, stress management, and cultural acculturation are significant. The research aims to address the productivity of foreign employee issues that are happening in a company for the benefits of all parties, including the Multi-national Company, foreign employees and future research
