Abstract:
This business idea began when the writer did an internship at a company located in Taipei, Taiwan. The author works as an overseas marketing and business development in the field of business-to-business (B2B) where the author's job is to conduct market research in the Taiwan market and through this market research helps the author to get to know more products that are or do not exist in Indonesia. The author works in a company in the creative industry field where the majority of entrepreneurs in this industry are very concerned about quality; creativity; and care for the environment, the authors assume that the majority of Taiwanese entrepreneurs are very concerned with the three points mentioned earlier about the same as the Japanese market. In addition, lately there have been several disasters around the world such as: forest fires that occurred in Australia, floods that occurred in Indonesia, air pollution that occurred in China, and others. All disasters that occur are one problem because people do not care about the importance of protecting nature/the environment. Therefore, the authors believe in this business idea to help or at least contribute a little to the nature/our environment through this business. The author as a student with a business and marketing background. Of course, the problem of protecting nature/the environment is a task for every young entrepreneur in the future. The author is targeting millennial as a business target because we know that the rate of population growth will continue to grow, the targeted age is between Gen Y (1980-1994). The author found a series of practical products or what is often referred to as "lazy or practical product" by Taiwanese people which is very suitable for housewives.
From the business explanation this idea began, the author wants to open a competitive retail store in the Indonesian market. This retail store is named AIPIN, AIPIN is a retail store that provides daily products that are used at household goods, and this retail store is divided into three categories that will attract three audiences in fan at once who like daily products used at home, namely: small size furniture, practical products, and green products. AIPIN Retail Store has five important values that will provide updates to

customers who visit it, including: (1) Quality, (2) Creativity, (3) Best Services, (4) Green and (5) Luxury. Before starting this business, maturity is needed in several plans to strengthen this business plan, the author has been or is in the process of finding several resources such as: human resources, financial resources, market resources, shipping and others.
